Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be picked and processed for delivery*. Your order will be picked from our Sunderland Store (Mon-Sat 9am to 3pm). We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Special Delivery last posting time is 3pm Monday to Thursday, orders requested for Saturday must select Saturday Guaranteed Delivery.
PICK UP at SUNDERLAND STORE
You can order, pay online and pick up for FREE from our Sunderland Store. Please allow 4 hours for processing of your order. Collections are available ONLY during our store opening hours Mon-Sat 9am until 5pm. We regret we are unable to post orders if PICK UP/Collect from store has been selected however we can amend your order to postal service at additional postal charges.
Christmas Orders & Postal Delivery Delays*
Due to higher volumes of customers shopping in store, online with us and a higher volume of packages within the Royal Mail service, expect longer delivery times. If your order is urgent, we would advise using Special Delivery which is currently unaffected. Thank you for your patience.
ALL items will be sent requiring a signature on receipt via Royal Mail. Please ensure you select the correct service to ensure you get your purchases delivered within your desired time frame.

Click and Collect to our Sunderland Store will be available up until end of day Tuesday 23rd December 2025.
Our small store team process all online orders and to ensure we are able to offer the best service direct from store we have set our dates in accordance with this.
Packaging FAQs
Packaging and international guarantees will be included with all items purchased via our website - please advise if you have packaging requirements or enquiries;
We regret we cannot provide packaging purchased for items from other Nomination retailers as per the T&Cs of our agreement with nomination.com
