Refund policy

We have a 30-day online return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can make a return in person to our store at 29c-30 Crowtree Road, Sunderland during our opening hours, alternatively you can post your a return to us including original packaging and sale information. Once the item has arrived to store, it will undergo an inspection (to meet the original condition at time of purchase) and our team will contact you to process accordingly.

Please speak to our store team for any in-store purchases as policy differs. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All Nomination jewellery comes with an internationally recognised 2-year guarantee that covers manufacturing defects. The guarantee is date stamped and placed together with the item inside our signature packaging. In order to take advantage of the guarantee, you must present both the receipt showing the date of purchase and the guarantee certificate, which has been date stamped and signed by Nomination. Please retain your receipt/invoice or pass it on to the gift recipient.
The manufacturer’s guarantee does not cover rhodium-plated and gold-plated items, nor does it cover accidental gemstone breakage. Loss of colour due to improper use is not considered a manufacturing defect. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or oxidation is not covered by the warranty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; Final Sale/Discounted Links, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), free promotional items and earrings for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. APPROX 10 WORKING DAYS.

 

Purchase of Base Links ONLY
As per the terms and conditions of our contract with Nomination Italy SRL we are unable to sell the Nomination Base Bracelet without one decorated link. The Base is not considered a bracelet until personalised. We are unable to fulfil orders for base bracelets without a charm & you will be given the option to amend your order or this will be refunded to you.
